i think i noe where my gastric perforation came from..it's a stress ulcer. recently i am quite worried n stressed abt something then today the pain came n i feel unwell. need 5 more months to clear my worries. going mad soon.

today when toni n guy academy to highlight my hair. it is real nice. i like it alot. but i prefer the previous cutting. this one looks abit cuckoo..

then went to east coast cycle. haven't take pleasures from little leisures like this for veri long already. really enjoyed the cycling trip today. =P
